Borscht Soup Cynthia Cynthia's 1st introduction to the Instant Pot She is thinking about buying an Instant Pot   We decided  I would go over to her home and make a recipe that she makes, Broscht Soup The thought was it would give her a feel for how the iPot works with out over whelming her with a new recipe and the iPot. Ingredients: 1 tsp Butter 1 tsp Virgin Olive Oil 3 Beets small to Medium       3/4 of a Green Pepper 6 Stalks of Celery  1/3 Medium Onion  4 Carrots 1 Cube of Chicken Bullion Cube  1 tsp Garlic Powder or 2 Garlic Cloves 1/2 tsp Thyme 1 Can 796 ml of Dice Tomatoes 3 Small Cubed Potatoes 1 Small Bag of Coleslaw  5 Cups Water 1 Bunch Fresh Dill 1 Cup Tomato Juice Mash Potatoes Method: iPot on Sauté Medium Add Butter, Olive Oil, Beets, Green Peppers, Celery, Onions & Carrots, some of the Dill & Garlic Thyme.   Stir and allow the mixture to soften and mix flavours.  Add the rest of the Dill, Can
